大型球磨机的功率确定

摘要: 随着矿山开采规模大型化的发展,带来了矿山设备大型化的需求,对磨矿设备也提出了新的要求。为此,以筒体直径4 000 mm、筒体有效长度6 700 mm的大型溢流型球磨机为例,着重介绍其功率确定方法与其现场运行情况。由此得出,设计大型磨机时,可根据其规格及填充率、转速率确定功耗计算的方法,通过运行实践证明,此方法是可行的。

Abstract: The upsizing development of mining has brought the demand on the upsizing of mine equipment and also the new requirement on grinding equipment. With a large overflow-type ball mill having a drum diameter of 4 000 mm and an effective drum length of 6 700 mm as example, the determination of its power and its site operation are highlighted. It is concluded the ball mill power can be determined in accordance with its size, ball filling ratio and rotation rate, and the method is proven to be feasible in practice.
