废弃尾矿中碳酸锰矿铵盐焙烧富集工艺研究

摘要: 采用铵盐焙烧富集工艺对南京铅锌银矿的综合尾矿进行提锰试验,试验结果表明,在铵盐/尾矿为0.88、焙烧时间1.5 h、焙烧温度450 ℃的条件下,得到品位46.02%、回收率86.47%的碳酸锰精矿。

Abstract: Ammonium salt roasting process was used in the test of extracting manganese from the comprehensive tailing of Nanjing Lead-Zinc-Silver Mine. The test results indicate that a manganese carbonate concentrate grading 46.02% manganese at a recovery of 86.47% can be obtained under the conditions of ammonium salt-tailing ratio of 0.88, roasting time of 1.5 h and roasting temperature of 450 ℃.
