团城铁矿多空区矿体开采技术研究

摘要: 在研究采空区围岩冒落规律的基础上,提出并试验成功了“多空区矿体监控强采技术”、“活动空区边缘回收冒落残矿技术”、“巷道过散体层技术”与“斜面蹬碴落矿新型采矿方法”,形成了一整套开采多空区矿体的技术体系,有效地回采了团城铁矿被空区破坏的矿体与残留矿体,延长了生产年限,取得了良好的经济效益与社会效益。

Abstract: Based on the investigation of the wall rock caving law in mined-out areas and on the tests, a full set of technical system for mining the orebody with multi-mined-out areas was formed, including “technique of under-monitoring forced mining of orebody with multi-mined-out areas”, “ technique for recovering caved residual ore at the edge of active mined-out area”, “technique of drifting passing through loose body layer” and “new type sublevel caving with an inclined platform for drilling, blasting & ore-passing.” They have been used to effectively recover the orebodies destroyed by mined-out areas and residual orebodies in Tuancheng Iron Mine, resulting in prolonged production life of the mine and good economic and social benefits.
