基于可靠性的锚杆支护动态设计与应用研究

摘要: 针对当前锚杆支护作用机理尚未完全清晰的现实, 采用数学与力学相结合、理论分析及数值模拟与工程实测相结合的方法, 利用RFPA2D岩石破裂过程分析系统软件,对神华集团乌达矿区五虎山煤矿9#煤层巷道围岩变形和破坏过程进行了动态仿真模拟,研究了锚杆支护设计方法和合理设计程序问题,建立了基于可靠性的巷道锚杆支护动态设计理论,开发了基于可靠性的巷道锚杆支护动态设计计算机辅助系统,在神华集团五虎山煤矿进行的工业试验,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract: In view of the fact that presently, bolting support mechanism is not fully clear, a method combining mathematics with mechanics and theoretical analysis and numerical simulation with practical engineering measurement, and FRPA2D process analysis system software for rock breakage were used to make the dynamic simulation of the deformation and failure process of the wall rock in No. 9 coal-seam roadway in Wuhushan Coal Mine in Wuda coal area of Shenhua Group. The bolting support dynamic design method and rational design procedure were studied, reliability-based roadway bolting support dynamic design theory established and the related computer assistance system developed. Its industrial test in Wuhushan Coal Mine of Shenhua Group achieved good economic and social benefits.
