金川矿区深部巷道支护方式优化数值模拟研究

摘要: 根据金川实际情况分析深部巷道变形破坏原因,分析认为金川深部巷道中应该采用锚索支护,并且必须重视对底板的控制。结合金川二矿区深部巷道1 178分段的具体情况,根据金川以往的支护经验提出几种支护方案,运用三维有限元软件对每种支护方案进行数值模拟,对每种支护方案对比分析,结果认为采用喷锚网+锚索+底部锚杆后巷道基本能维持稳定,巷道的实际稳定状况还有待于实际实施监测。

Abstract: Through the analysis of the deformation and failure of the deep roadway made based on Jinchuan's reality, it was considered that anchor cable support should be used for Jinchun's deep roadway and great importance should be attached to the floor control. In light of the specific conditions of No. 1178 section of the deep roadway in Jinchuan No. 2 mine area and based on the Jinchuan's previous experience in support, several support schemes were proposed, for each of which, numerical simulation was made using 3D FEM software. Through their comparison and analysis, it was concluded that a support method consisting of bolt-spray with wire mesh + anchor cable + floor bolt could basically keep the roadway stable. However, the real stability of the roadway remains to be monitored.
