摘要: 首先运用开采沉陷预计和空间数据处理技术生成描述塌陷区的一系列DEM(数字高程模型),然后运用DEM的空间分析技术提取塌陷区在不同时间段的土地破坏类型、范围和位置数据,并根据这些数据进行动态土地复垦方案的辅助设计,满足了动态土地复垦方案设计的需要,更好地贯彻了新土地管理法的“占补平衡”的精神。

Abstract: Firstly, a series of DEM (digital elevation model) data are produced by adopting the technologies of mining subsidence prediction and spatial data processing. Then, the land destruction type, scope and location data at different periods of time are extracted by DEM's spatial analysis technique. Based on these data, the auxiliary design of the dynamic land reclamation plan is made to satisfy the need of the design of a dynamic land reclamation plan and to better implement the principle of “balance between the occupation and mending” in the new land control law.
