回采工作面安全生产技术措施管理信息系统的研究

摘要: 安全工作始终是煤炭企业面对的最重要、最严峻的问题.据统计,大约有20%~50%的事故是由于安全生产技术措施编制遗漏造成的,针对龙湖煤矿的实际情况及该矿生产管理需求,使用UML建模语言,以Ratinal Rose为建模工具,PowerBuilder9.0为开发工具,SQL Server2000为后台数据库,建立了回采工作面安全生产技术措施管理信息系统,实现各回采工作面安全生产技术措施的编制工作。

Abstract: Safety is always the most important and serious issue faced by coal mining enterprises. According to the statistics, about 20% -50% of the accidents were due to the omissions in the rules of production safety and technical measures. In light of the reality and the need of the production management of Longhu Coal Mine, using UML as the modeling language, Rational Rose as the modeling tool, PowerBuilder 9.0 as the developing tool and SQL Server2000 as the background database, a management information system of the production safety and technical measures for the mine working-face was established, realizing the compilation of production safety and technical measures for each working face.
