复合添加剂对石煤提钒焙烧过程影响的研究

摘要: 针对目前含钒石煤钠化焙烧转浸率低的特点,采用NaCl和MX3作为复合添加剂,具有降低反应温度、缩短反应时间、降低盐量及提高焙烧转浸率的优点。熟样最佳的转浸率为71.19%,试验研究取得较好的效果。

关键词: 石煤, 提钒, 焙烧, 复合添加剂

Abstract: In view of the present low vanadium extraction rate by sodium-roasting of vanadium-containing stone coal, NaCl and MX3 were used as a composite additive, which has the advantages of reduced reaction temperature, shortened reaction time, reduced salt amount and improved extraction rate.The best extraction rate of roasted sample was 71.19%.The research test achieved a good result.
