贾家堡子微细粒磁铁矿选矿试验研究

Beneficiation Test on Micro-fine Magnetite Ores of Jiajiapuzi Iron Ore

摘要: 根据贾家堡子7号矿体的原矿性质,进行了阶段磨矿、弱磁选-磁筛流程,阶段磨矿、全磁选流程,阶段磨矿、弱磁选-阴离子反浮选流程试验。以阶段磨矿、弱磁选-磁筛流程效果最好,可以获得铁精矿品位67.19%、回收率为84.84%的指标。

Abstract: In light of the properties of the run-of-mine ore from JiaJiabaozi 7# ore body, various processes were used for this ore, including the process of staged grinding-low intensity magnetic separation-magnetic field-screening, the process of staged grinding-low intensity magnetic separation of total ore and the process of staged grinding-low intensity magnetic separation -anionic reverse flotation.The best result was achieved by the process of staged grinding-low intensity magnetic separation-magnetic field-screening, which obtained an iron concentrate grading 67.19% at a recovery of 84.84%.
