降低破碎粒度提高一段球磨产能的工业试验研究

摘要: 凡口铅锌矿于2006年引进1台HP500圆锥破碎机,使破碎粒度P80由11.5 mm降至9.5 mm。由于破碎粒度下降,球磨机的处理能力出现富余,试图减少1台一段球磨机。试验采用两种不同的的球磨机运行方式进行工业生产,磨矿系统处理能力分别达到5 500 t/d和4 500t/d的生产水平,一段球磨机产能分别提高25%和33%,减少了1台套一段磨矿分级系统,磨矿分级各技术参数满足浮选工艺技术要求。

Abstract: An HP 500 cone crusher was introduced into Fankou Leadzinc Ore mine in 2006 to reduce the crushing size from 11.5 mm to 9.5 mm. With the crushing size decrease, the ball mill capacity became a little surplus and it was planned to eliminate one primary grinding mill. Industrial tests were made on two different operation modes of ball mills. The grinding system capacities reached 5 500 t/d and 4 500 t/d respectively and the primary grinding mill capacities were improved by 25% and 33% respectively, with one primary grinding-classification system eliminated. Technical parameters of the grinding and classification can well satisfy the technical requirement of flotation process.
