拜耳法高铁赤泥直接还原制备海绵铁的研究

摘要: 高铁赤泥煤基直接还原-磁选分离制备海绵铁,实现了铁的有效富集;还原过程中2FeO·SiO2和FeO·Al2O3的生成阻碍了赤泥中铁氧化物还原,采用预焙烧处理可以促进赤泥还原,但添加剂存在时经预焙烧处理效果不显著;还原过程中添加剂Na2CO3产生碱性氧化物与酸性氧化物反应,CaF2则可降低固相反应产生化合物熔点和粘度,改善还原条件;添加3%Na2CO3和3%CaF2,还原焙烧温度为1 150 ℃,还原焙烧时间为3 h时,还原焙烧块的金属化率达到92.79%,可获得铁品位89.57%,铁回收率为91.15%的海绵铁。

Abstract: The process of coal-based direct reduction-magnetic separation for producing sponge iron from ferric red mud can realize effective iron enrichment.In the reduction process, the generation of 2FeO·SiO2 and FeO·Al2O3 can hinder the reduction of the iron oxides in red mud.Pre-roasting can promote the reduction of red mud, but in the presence of additives, the effect of pre-roasting will not be so evident.When used as additives in the reduction process, Na2CO3 will produce basic oxides that can react with acidic oxides, and CaF2 can reduce the melting point and viscosity of compound generated through solid phase reaction, thus improving the reduction conditions.When 3% Na2CO3 and 3%CaF2 are added, at a reduction temperature of 1 150 ℃ and a reduction time of 3 h, sponge iron can be produced with a metallization rate of 92.79%, an iron grade of 89.57% and an iron recovery of 91.15%.
