贵州织金中低品位含稀土磷矿石磨矿试验研究

摘要: 贵州织金中低品位含稀土磷矿石矿物主要为碳氟磷灰石(胶磷矿),脉石矿物主要为白云石、石英、方解石等,对该矿石进行了可磨性试验,并考察了磨矿细度对浮选的影响。在磨矿浓度为70%的条件下,合适的磨矿时间为3.5 min,磨矿细度为-75 μm占74.90%。

Abstract: The medium and low grade rare-earth containing phosphate ore from Zhijin, Guizhou contains francolite (cellophane) which is the main phosphate mineral and dolomite, calcite and quartz which are the main gangue minerals.The test on its grindability was made and the effect of the grind size on the flotation investigated.At a grinding concentration of 70%, the suitable grinding time was 3.5 min and the grinding fineness was 74.9% -75 μm.
