地下遥控铲运机环境识别系统的研究

摘要: 在结合已有环境识别方法的基础上,利用超声波测距、多传感器数据融合及电力拖动原理,提出了一种适合地下铲运机的新型环境识别技术。通过电平转换器,使得PIC单片机与PC机进行通信,通过实时采集和处理测量数据,从而得到准确的环境或被测物的信息。最终为铲运机的避障、安全行车、机群优化、导航定位等控制服务,使得遥控室和车载计算机系统更为默契的协同作业。通过MATLAB程序处理和铲运车模拟行驶验证,该识别技术取得了良好的效果。

Abstract: A new recognition method for remote control load-haul-dump is advanced in the paper, which is based on available environment-identification methods and makes use of ultrasonic distance measuring, multi-sensor data fusion and power drag principle.The PIC single chip is made to be able to communicate with a PC machine by level translators.The recognition system is capable of real-time data acquisition and processing to acquire the precise information of environment or obstacles, which will assist the control operations such as obstacle avoidance, safe driving, clusters optimization and navigation or positioning, making the remote control room and on-board computer system work more synergistically and effectively.The new recognition method has achieved good effects as verified by the results of Matlab programming and LHD simulative driving.
