摘要: 简明分析了多功能破碎清塞机的液压系统。对3种方案(双定量泵节流系统,定量泵恒流量控制系统,变量泵负载敏感控制系统)的液压系统原理作了详尽的理论分析,并说明了多功能破碎清塞机选用变量泵负载敏感控制系统的理由。

关键词: 节流调速, 恒流量控制, 负载敏感控制

Abstract: The paper presents briefly the hydraulic system of multi-functional crusher cleaner, makes detailed theoretical analysis of the mechanism of three hydraulic system plans (throttle-governor system with fixed displacement dual pump, constant flux control system with fixed displacement pump and load-sensitive control system with variable pump), and describes the reasons for selecting the load-sensitive variable pump control system for multi-functional crusher cleaner.
