摘要： 重点说明了层次分析法和模糊综合分析法的主要内容和应用范围，并在此基础上建立层次分析-模糊综合分析法，并根据这种方法的要求，设计了资源型城市黄石可持续发展政策的指标体系，并对对黄石市2003—2006年可持续发展配套政策情况及其效果进行评价。

Abstract: The paper highlights the main contents and application scope of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE), and based on this, establishes AHP-FCE method.According to its requirement, the index system of sustainable development policy of resource-based Huangshi City is designed and the 2003-2006 support policies for the sustainable development policies of Huangshi City and its effect are evaluated.
