累托石/壳聚糖吸附剂的制备及对锌的吸附

摘要: 按浸渍法制备了累托石/壳聚糖复合吸附剂,用复合吸附剂对含Zn2+溶液进行了吸附试验,在试验基础上对实际电镀含锌废水进行了处理。结果表明:当壳聚糖与累托石的质量比为0.04,壳聚糖脱乙酰度为90%时,制成的复合吸附剂吸附效率较高。当水中Zn2+浓度低于100 mg/L时,在pH值为7,复合吸附剂用量为3.0g/L,吸附时间为40 min条件下,复合吸附剂对Zn2+的吸附率达99%以上,处理后的水符合国家污水综合排放一级标准。

Abstract: Rectorite-chitosan composite sorbent was prepared by impregnation method, which was used in the adsorption test for Zn2+ containing solution.Based on the test, it was used to treat the practical electroplating waste water containing zinc.The result shows that the composite sorbent has a high adsorption rate when the mass ratio of chitosan to rectorite was 0.04 and the deacetylation degree of chitosan was 90%.At a Zn2+concentration of the solution of lower than 100 mg/L, a pH value of 7, a composite sorbent dosage of 3.0 g/L and an adsorption time of 40 min, the composite sorbent can have a Zn2+ adsorption rate of higher than 99%,with the treated water conforming to the requirements in the state standard for Class A sewage discharge.
