HAS固化剂的尾砂固化性能

摘要: HAS固化剂是一种以矿渣为主要原料的灰渣胶凝材料。用不同石膏含量的HAS固化剂进行固化大冶市大红山铜矿全尾砂的实验室和现场试验,并与水泥对比,结果表明,HAS固化剂固化尾砂流动性好、泌水量少、抗压强度高,且固化剂用量仅为水泥的约70%。将石膏含量为20%的HAS-3型固化剂替代水泥应用于大冶市大红山铜矿的尾砂充填生产实际,尾砂不需分级,可提高尾砂利用率40个百分点以上,降低充填成本20%以上。

Abstract: HAS Tailing Solidified agent is a fly-slag cementing materials which blast furnace slag is raw materials.Total tail is solidified by different HAS solidified agent of different gypsum content.Compressive strength was studied to evaluate the quality of the solidified tail and the cement is compared to HAS solidified agent.Experimental and in-site result showed that HAS solidified agent can surpass the cement on the strength of solidified tail and the cost of HAS solidified agent is lower than cement.HAS solidified agent is an overflow tailing solidified agent.
