旋流-静态微泡浮选柱分选铝土矿的半工业试验

Semi-Industrial Test of Bauxite Separation by Cyclone Static Micro-bubble Flotation Column

摘要: 在实验室试验的基础上,采用旋流-静态微泡浮选柱对河南某铝土矿选厂的浮选机入选物料进行了现场分流半工业试验。试验结果表明:旋流-静态微泡浮选柱经一粗一精2段浮选,可获得产率为71.1%,铝硅比为10.68,Al2O3回收率为79.9%的铝土矿精矿,与现场浮选机一粗二精一扫一精扫5段浮选的生产指标相比,精矿铝硅比基本相同,精矿产率高4.1个百分点,精矿Al2O3回收率高3.2个百分点。

Abstract: Based on the laboratory test, a cyclone static micro-bubble flotation column was used in the semi-industrial test conducted by diverting the feed stream of industrial flotation machine in a certain Henan Bauxite Concentrator.The test results indicate that the cyclone static micro-bubble flotation column, by a process of one roughing one cleaning, can obtain a bauxite concentrate with a yield of 71.1%, a Al2O3-SiO2 ratio of 10.68 and an Al2O3 recovery of 79.9%.Their comparison with those of the concentrate produced by the site flotation production adopting a process of one roughing, two cleaning, one scavenging and one cleaning-scavenging, shows a basically same aluminum-silicon ratio, a yield increase of 4.1 percentage points and an Al2O3 recovery increase of 3.2 percentage points.
