河北某低品位难选萤石矿浮选工艺研究

摘要: 河北某萤石矿因原矿品位低、萤石与石英嵌布粒度极细、有一定程度的风化而难选,原选矿生产只能获得CaF2品位在88%左右的精矿,影响销售。为此,对该矿石重新进行了选矿工艺试验研究。试验针对矿石特点,采用一次精选精矿再磨、7次精选的浮选流程,可获得CaF2品位为97.23%,SiO2含量为2.36%,CaF2回收率为70.56%的萤石精矿,提高了精矿质量,为企业扩大产品市场空间提供了技术支持。

Abstract: Due to low grade raw ores,fine-grained dissemination of fluorite and quartz,and some weathering issues,the fluorite in Hebei province belongs to the refractory one.CaF2 concentrate only grading at about 88% by the former beneficiation can not reach a good sale.Therefore,the beneficiation experiments are carried out again for this ore.In view of the ore characters,a flotation flow sheet consisting of one-stage cleaning flotation regrinding and seven stage cleaning flotation was selected.Finally,fluorite concentrates with CaF2of 97.23%,and SiO2 of 2.36%,and CaF2 recovery of 70.56% were obtained,and the quality of production was improved greatly,providing the technical support to get a large market for the mine enterprise.
