摘要/Abstract

摘要： 针对目前对于业务流程再造方案评价不足的状况，分析了业务流程再造方案评价的灰性，提出了基于灰色理论的业务流程再造方案的评价方法。在评价过程中综合考虑业务流程成本、业务流程质量、业务流程顾客满意度、业务流程效率4项宏观指标，通过对方案的评价，明确各个方案的优劣，选择了满意的再造方案，从而降低了矿山企业业务流程再造方案的实施风险。

关键词: 灰色理论, 业务流程再造, 建模, 评价

Abstract: Aimed at the deficiencies in the evaluation of business process reengineering method，the characters of grey theory in business process reengineering project evaluation was analyzed and the evaluation of business process reengineering project was also put forward based on gray theory.In the process of this evaluation，four macro factors were considered including business process cost，business process quality，customer satisfaction index and the efficiency of business process.The advantage and disadvantage of each project can be confirmed through the way mentioned above and a satisfying reengineering method can be selected.Thus the implement risk of business process reengineering project for mining enterprises can be reduced.
