基于“安全力工程”的煤矿安全创新效果评价模型

摘要: 安全是煤矿生产和管理的永恒主题,而安全管理创新效果评价则是支撑这一工作的重要基础。以安全力理论体系为立足点,建立了煤矿安全创新效果评价的指标体系,给出了评价的方法,并以柴里煤矿为例对评价模型进行了实例分析。研究内容对煤炭企业的安全管理具有现实的指导意义。

Abstract: Safety is an eternal theme for the production and management in coal mines, and the effects evaluation of safety management innovation is an important base for it. An index system for the effects evaluation of safety management innovation is set up based on the security-force theory system. The evaluation method and a case study using this model for Chaili Coal Mine are described. The study result is of practical guidance significance to the safety management of coal enterprises.
