摘要: 我国尾矿库数量多、规模小、安全度水平低,较多中小尾矿库未经过正规设计, 并且绝大多数尾矿库下游为生活区、工矿企业或重要设施等。进行溃坝分析,为加强尾矿库管理, 最大限度减轻灾害影响提供依据。通过对凤城市某铁矿尾矿库溃坝分析, 预测溃坝泥石流的最大流量、到达时间、淹没范围及深度, 以便采取相应措施, 减少损失。

关键词: 铁矿尾矿库, 溃坝, 泥石流, 分析计算

Abstract: The tailings reservoirs in China are characterized by great number, small size and low safety level, with most of the small and medium-sized ones not normally designed. Downstream of the most tailings reservoirs, there are living areas, factories, mines or important facilities. Therefore, the dam failure analysis is necessary for enhancing the tailings reservoir management so as to reduce the disaster impact to the minimum. A dam failure analysis for an iron mine' tailings reservoir in Fengchen City has been made in order to take corresponding preventative measures to reduce the loss, including the largest dam-break debris flow, arrival time, scope and depth of inundation.
