鄂西某高磷鲕状赤铁矿提铁降磷选矿试验研究

Beneficiation Test on Iron Increase and Phosphorous Reduction of a  High-phosphorus Oolitic Hematite in Western Hubei

摘要: 为开发利用鄂西某宁乡式高磷鲕状赤铁矿,对其进行了反浮选、强磁选、强磁选—反浮选、还原焙烧—弱磁选等多方案的提铁降磷选矿试验研究。试验结果表明,采用常规选矿方法很难对该矿石进行有效选别,而采用添加脱磷剂的还原焙烧—两段磨矿、两段弱磁选工艺,可或得较好的提铁降磷效果,铁精矿铁品位为92.34%,磷品位为0.025%,铁回收率为90.31%。 

Abstract: To exploit and utilize the Ningxiang type high phosphorus oolitic hematite ore in western Hubei,a beneficiation test on iron increase and phosphorous reduction by many processes of inverse flotation,high intensity magnetic separation (HIMS),HIMS-inverse flotation and reduction roast-LIMS was carried out.The test shows that it is hard to effectively separate the ores with the conventional method.A good performance with an iron concentrate grading 92.34% at an 90.31% iron recovery bearing P less than 0.025% could be obtained by reduction roast-two stage grinding and low intensity magnetic separation with addition of dephosphorizer agent.
