乙硫氮体系中铅锌铁硫化矿的电化学浮选行为

摘要: 研究了以乙硫氮为捕收剂时,方铅矿、闪锌矿和单斜磁黄铁矿这3种单矿物在不同矿浆pH值及不同矿浆电位下的浮选行为。结果表明:方铅矿在整个试验pH范围内的可浮性均很好,单斜磁黄铁矿在低pH值下的可浮性差,闪锌矿的可浮性随着pH值的增大而急剧减弱;矿浆电位对单斜磁黄铁矿的浮选行为影响不大,方铅矿在矿浆电位升高时可浮性变差,闪锌矿在矿浆电位降低时可浮性变差。

Abstract: The floatability of Galena,Sphalerite and monoclinic Pyrrhotite in different pH and different potential with DDTC as collector were studied.It showed that Galena could float well in the whole pH tests,the floatability of monoclinic Pyrrhotite became low under low pH,and the floatability of Sphalerite decreased greatly with pH increased; The variety of potential insensitively affected on monoclinic Pyrrhotite,the floatability of galena decreased with the increase of potential,and the floatability of Sphalerite became low with the decrease of potential.
