眼前山铁矿主采区露天转地下诱导冒落法开采方案研究

Study on the Induced Caving Method in Transferring from Open-pit to Underground Mining in Main Mining Area of Yanqianshan Iron Mine

摘要: 眼前山铁矿主采区为节理裂隙比较发育的急倾斜厚大矿体,矿岩具有良好的可冒性。结合露天开采的边界条件与露天转地下开拓系统条件,提出诱导冒落法高效开采方案。分析表明,该方案可实现露天转地下增产衔接,并可使矿石损失率与贫化率分别降低到8%和10%以下,生产能力提高30%以上,直接生产成本比同类矿山降低20%以上。

Abstract: The ore body in main mining area of Yanqianshan iron mine has a structural character of easy-caving due to a dense joint distribution and a high angle and thick ore-body.In combination with the boundary conditions of open-pit and the development system of the underground mining transferred from open-pit, a high efficient induced caving method is proposed.The analysis showed that the method can increase productivity and reduce production costs by more than 20% during the period of the transferring from open-pit to underground, meanwhile the rate of ore loss and ore dilution can be controlled within 8% and 10% respectively.
