从某铅锌矿铅精矿中分选铜的试验研究

Experimental Study of Cu Enrichment from Lead Concentrate in a Lead-Zinc Mine

摘要: 某铅锌矿选矿厂生产铅精矿和锌精矿两种产品,铅精矿中含铜大于1.3%。采用重铬酸钾抑铅浮铜工艺从该铅锌矿原矿选铅得到的含铜铅精矿中分离铜,闭路试验获得的铜精矿含Cu 12.34%,Pb 8.94%,Cu回收率37.07%,Pb回收率1.18%,铅精矿含Pb 62.85%,Cu 0.42%,Pb回收率89.11%,Cu回收率13.61%。采用亚硫酸钠+石灰法对选铜含铬废水进行除铬处理,使废水中的六价铬离子浓度降低到0.19 mg/L,总铬离子浓度降低到1.28 mg/L,达到废水回用要求,解决了环境污染问题;将除铬后的选铜废水与选铅废水混合后回用于闭路试验,对试验指标影响较小。

Abstract: A lead-zinc mine produced two concentrate products of lead and zinc, where copper content in lead concentrate was over 1.30%. The potassium dichromate was used to realize lead inhibition and copper floating to recover copper from Cu-containing lead concentrate. In this closed-circuit test, copper concentrate containing Cu of 12.34% and Pb of 8.94% with Cu and Pb recovery of 37.07% and 1.18% respectively were achieved; A Lead concentrate containing Pb of 62.85% and Cu 0.42% with Pb and Cu recovery of 89.11% and 13.61% respectively were obtained. Then, “Na2SO3+CaO” was adopted to treat the waste water containing chromium ions to reduce the concentration of Cr 6+ to 0.19 mg/L, and to reduce the concentration of total chromium ions to 1.28 mg/L. So the waste water can be reused and the environmental pollution was resolved. Both kinds of waste water from copper and lead separation were mixed and used in the closed-circuit process, which has little influence on the experimental index.
