粒状珠光体形成对屈氏体分级机叶片力学性能的影响

摘要: 对正火后螺旋分级机叶片底部出现的粒状珠光体组织与叶片中部出现的层片状珠光体组织进行比较,并对前者形成原因及二者的力学性能差异进行了研究。研究结果表明,在试验温度范围内,随着正火温度提高,珠光体球化更完全。粒状珠光体的硬度和冲击韧性均优于层片状珠光体,但耐磨性逊于后者。

Abstract: The microstructure of granular pearlite on the bottom of classifier blade are compared with that of lamellar pearlite on the middle. The forming reasons of the former and both mechanical properties' difference were studied. The research results showed that at the experimental temperature range, the pearlite spheroidization process is more absolute with the normalized temperature rising. Both hardness and impact toughness of the granular pearlite are better than that of lamellar pearlite, but the latter has a better wear resistance.
