钢渣去除废水中锌的研究

摘要: 通过测定反应后过滤液的pH值、溶液中Zn2+的残余浓度,采用一次一因素法分别研究了钢渣用量、溶液初始浓度、溶液pH值、作用时间、振荡转速、反应温度对废水中锌的去除率的影响。结果表明,选用-5 mm粒度的钢渣,试验条件为钢渣用量4 g/100 mL,振荡转速150 r/min,温度30 ℃,作用时间60 min时,对浓度500 mg/L以下、pH=4~14的含锌废水中的锌具有良好的去除效果,去除率达99%。

Abstract: Through measuring pH value of the filtrate after reaction, the concentration of Zn 2+ in solution,the effects of steel consumption, initial concentration of solution, pH value of solution, reaction time, the oscillation speed, reaction temperature on removal of zinc from wastewater were investigated. The results show that when steel slag with the particle size of -5 mm is chosen and under conditions of 4 g/100 mL of the steel consumption, 150 r/min of the oscillation speed at the temperature of 30 ℃ and for reaction time of 60 min, the removal rate of zinc from wastewater with Zn concentration of below 500 mg/L at pH value between 4 and 14 can be up to above 99%.
