β-半水磷石膏用做铁矿全尾胶结充填固料的研究

摘要: β-半水磷石膏作为气硬胶凝材料在建材上已获得广泛应用。研究了β-半水磷石膏的防水改性、凝结性能以及β-半水磷石膏的添加量对全尾矿充填材料性能的影响。结果表明,通过对其防水改性,胶凝材料的软化系数得以提高,其值达到0.82,砂浆的流动直径为150 mm,初终凝时间在2~8 h内可调。β-半水磷石膏和尾矿的质量比达到1∶7时,1,3,7 d的抗压强度分别达到0.65,0.75,1.30 MPa,用β-半水磷石膏制备的全尾胶结充填砂浆完全满足尾矿充填的工艺和性能指标要求。

Abstract: The β-semi-aquatic phosphogypsum as gas hard cementitious material has been widely used in building materials. This test studies β-semi-aquatic phosphogypsum' waterproof performance, condensation performance and the influence of the consumption of β-semi-aquatic phosphogypsum on iron ore tailings fillings. The result shows that its cementitious materials' softening coefficient is increased to be 0.82 through waterproof modified. At the same time, its mobility diameter is 150 mm, and the beginning and final setting time can be regulated from 2 h to 8 h. When β-semi-aquatic phosphogypsum and iron ore tailings is at the ratio of 1∶7, the compressive strength of 1 d, 3 d, 7 d reaches 0.65 MPa, 0.75 MPa, 1.30 MPa respectively, which fully meets the technology requirements and performance indicators of cement filling.
