摘要: 智能钻进是智能岩土工程的技术基础,也是岩土工程信息化施工的先决条件,在矿山岩土工程、地质工程及地球科学钻探等领域有着广阔的应用前景。介绍智能钻进系统的基本组成、原理以及在钻进过程监测、钻头定位与导航、信号传输、地层岩性实时判别与分级等方面的主要内容、关键技术及技术瓶颈。建立智能钻进地层实时识别与分级理论,完善智能钻杆有线信息传输软、硬件系统,实现对地层和钻进系统连续监测、分析、评价、控制与管理是今后的发展方向。

Abstract: Intelligent drilling is the technical basis for the intelligent mine geotechnical engineering, and the prior conditions for information construction of rock and soil engineering.It has an abroad application prospect in fields of mine rock and soil engineering, geotechnical engineering, geological engineering and earth scientific drilling.The major components, key techniques as well as technical bottlenecks of the intelligent drilling, including principal constitution and fundamentals, monitoring in drilling, positioning and navigating of drilling bit, signal transmission, real-time identification and classification of lithizone are introduced.And building the real-time identification and classification theory of intelligent drilling, completing the software and hardware systems of information wire transmission with intelligence drilling, and realizing the continuous monitoring, analysis, evaluation, control and management on stratum and drilling system are the development directions in future.
