螺旋分级机溢流排矿方式的改进

摘要: 将螺旋分级机的溢流排矿方式由传统的前端排放改为两侧排放,形成了双侧排料螺旋分级机。用双侧排料螺旋分级机对某硫化矿矿山一段磨矿产品进行了分级半工业试验,并与传统螺旋分级机进行了对比。结果表明,在不同的给矿浓度、分级机坡度和给矿流量下,双侧排料螺旋分级机的分级质效率可达52.21%~73.06%,比传统螺旋分级机的分级质效率至少提高5.77个百分点,最多提高17.74个百分点。

Abstract: The  overflow discharge of spiral classifier is changed to be bilateral discharging from the traditional front-end approach, forming a  spiral classifier with bilateral discharging.Then this new spiral classifier was used to carry out the pilot plant classification tests on one-grinding products of a sulfide ore, and compared with the traditional spiral classifier.The results showed that under different feed concentration, gradient of spiral classifier and feed flow rate, the efficiency of the bilateral spiral classifier reached up to 52.21%~73.06%.Comparing with the traditional classification of spiral classifier, its classification efficiency can be improved by at least 5.77%, and at most 17.74%.
