深井高温金属矿开采降温方案探讨及应用

摘要: 深井开采是解决矿石供给矛盾最有效的途径,然而深井热害严重危及采矿作业的进行。分析总结了目前国内外深井热害控制方面的研究成果与努力方向,对深井热害的来源及治理措施进行了归纳和比较。结合国外某深井高温金铜矿山的开采条件,综合权衡各种因素确定其热害治理方案。采用地面冷却进风方式消除巷道余热,采用水冷却系统处理独头掘进工作面热害,为国内高温开采矿山提供理论支持和技术借鉴。

Abstract: Deepwell mining is the most effective solution to resolve the conflict of ore supplies.However, deepwell heat-harm has been endangering the mining seriously.The research results and the current striving direction on control of deepwell heat-harm at home and abroad are analyzed and summarized, and the origin of deepwell heat-harm and its control measures are concluded and compared.Combining with mining conditions in a foreign deep gold-copper mine with high temperature, the control schemes for heat-harm are determined by weighing various factors comprehensively.And waste heat in roadway is eliminated by using cooled inlet wind on the ground, and the water cooling system is applied to treat heat-harm of dead working face, thus providing theoretical support and technical reference for domestic mine with high-temperature.
