氨法制备氧化铁红晶种影响因素研究

摘要: 以硫酸亚铁为原料,采用氨法制备氧化铁红晶种,对制备过程的影响因素进行了详细的研究。结果表明:在初始硫酸亚铁浓度为30 g/L,反应温度为16 ℃,充气量为20 L/h,稀释氨水添加量为34 mL/L(NH3H2O与FeSO4物质的量之比为=2.17∶1),稀释氨水加入速率为0.45 mL/s条件下,反应所需时间较短,生成的晶种质量最好。

Abstract: The preparation of the iron oxide red seed by ammonium process with FeSO4 as raw material, and the influencing factors in preparation process has been studied in details.The results showed that under conditions of the concentration of ferrous sulfate of 30 g/L, reaction temperature 16 ℃, the volume of air 20 L/h, the addition of the diluted ammonia water 34 mL/L (molar ratio of NH3H2O and FeSO4 2.17∶1), and the adding rate of diluted ammonia water 0.45 mL/s, the best seed are generated with short reaction time.
