磁铁精矿高温氧化动力学研究

摘要: 采用热重分析技术研究了750~900 ℃下磁铁精矿在空气中的氧化动力学。研究结果表明:磁铁精矿自身的氧化速度远远大于其球团的氧化速度,且氧化反应基本在前2 min内完成;比表面积越大,温度越高,磁铁精矿的氧化反应越快;磁铁精矿氧化反应初期受化学反应控制,后期受化学反应和气体内扩散混合控制;根据磁铁精矿的氧化速度和FeO含量,可从一定程度上判断相应生球预热所需时间。

Abstract: The oxidation kinetics of magnetite at 750~900 ℃ in air are studied by using thermogravimetric analysis.The results show that the oxidation rate of magnetite concentrate is much greater than that of pellets, and its oxidation reaction can be basically completed within 2 min.The larger specific surface area is, and the higher temperature is, the faster the oxidation reaction rate of magnetite concentrate will be.The oxidation of magnetite is controlled by chemical reaction at the initial stage and by combination of chemical reaction and gas inner diffusion at later stage.According to the oxidation rate of concentrate and its FeO content, the suitable time required for the different pellet during preheating can be determined.
