金山店铁矿无底柱分段崩落法大间距结构研究

摘要: 通过对比试验,对金山店铁矿无底柱分段崩落法大间距结构展开研究,确定合理的参数以使脊部残留矿石能以无贫化或低贫化方式回收,当次废石混入率为10%时停止出矿,回收率高者为优。试验数据显示在分段高度×进路间距=15 cm×15 cm时具有很好的回收率,且脊部矿石残留高度符合设定值,能在下个分段得到很好的回收。

Abstract: Through the contrast experiments, the investigation on large spacing structure of non-pillar sublevel caving in Jinshandian Iron Mine is made to get reasonable parameters for recovering the crestal ore by non-dilution or low dilution.It is best of stopping mining when the mixed rate of gauges is 10% and the recovery rate is the highest.The experimental data shows that when the height of lift with the spacing of passage is 15cm×15cm, the recovery rate is high.Also, the height of crestal residual ore is in accord with the fixed value, which contributes to a good recovery at next sublevel.
