溢流管深度对水力旋流器分离效率的影响

摘要: 介绍了水力旋流器的工作原理,用计算流体力学软件FLUENT分别对不同溢流管深度的水力旋流器内部流场进行了数值模拟。根据模拟计算结果分析了旋流器内流场的速度分布和分散相浓度分布,讨论了溢流管深度对旋流器分离效率的影响。

Abstract: The working theory of hydrocyclone was introduced, and the fluid field in the hydrocyclones with different overflow pipes in depth was simulated respectively by FLUENT.The distribution of the velocity and the concentration of dispersed phase of the fluid field within hydrocyclone was analyzed based on the numerical simulation, and the influence on the separation efficiency of hydrocyclone by the depth of overflow pipe was discussed.
