矿山顶板稳定性无线实时监测系统的设计

摘要: 结合岩层相对移动的原理,设计了一种采用RS-485总线传输信号的矿山顶板稳定性实时监测系统,介绍了系统的设计原理,并对软、硬件系统进行了描述。该系统实现了对开采工作面沉降位移的高精度监测和预警,可以应用于诸如地下矿山采场、巷道和硐室等的稳定性远程监测和预警。

Abstract: According to the principle of relative movement of rock strata, a real-time monitoring system for mine roof stability is designed based on RS-485 bus transmission signal.The paper introduces the design principle of the system, and described its software and hardware.This system realized the high-precision monitoring and pre-warning on displacement and settlement of working face and can be applied into remote monitoring and early warning on stability of underground mine stope, tunnels and chambers.
