束状深孔拉槽爆破参数优化研究

摘要: 凡口铅锌矿间柱采场受过去采矿扰动影响,矿岩破碎,掘进切割天井困难。借鉴束状孔爆破的原理,采用束状深孔对间柱采场进行拉槽,取代天井为后续爆破提供自由面和补偿空间。采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA对拉槽孔爆炸应力场进行分析,确定合理拉槽爆破参数。研究结果取得良好现场应用效果。 采矿工程|束状孔拉槽|ANSYS/LS-DYNA|装药结构  

Abstract: Due to the disturbance by the former mining,it was difficult to crush rocks and cut the shafts for pillars' mining in Fankou Lead-zinc mine.Referring to the principle of bunch-holes blasting,the bunch-deep-hole technique was adopted to cut the pillar stope and to provide free surfaces and compensated space for later blasting instead of the shaft.Then,ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to analyze the blast stress field of cutting holes to determine the parameters for cutting blasting.This research got well result in practical application.
