环境及有机添加剂对难浸金精矿细菌氧化的影响

Effect of Environmental and Organic Additives on the Bio-oxidation  Process of the Refractory Gold Concentrate

摘要: 以菌体的生长和生物氧化活性为指标,对酸性氧化亚铁硫杆菌氧化难浸金精矿过程中pH值和温度及有机添加剂的影响进行了研究。结果表明:当pH值为1.1~2.0,温度为41 ℃左右时菌体的比生长速率最大;当pH值为1.1~1.4,温度为41~44 ℃时,菌体比氧化速率最大。少量添加蛋白胨可使矿物氧化速率从0.41±0.02 g/(L·d)提高为0.92±0.05  g/(L·d);少量半胱氨酸的加入可使矿物氧化速率从0.41±0.02 g/(L·d)提高为0.57±0.03 g/(L·d);两者的最佳添加浓度分别为10-3g/mL和6.4×10-5 mol/L,最佳添加时间均为细菌生长进入指数生长期之前。

Abstract: Studied the effect of pH,temperature and the additives on the bio-oxidation process|including the specific cell growth rate and the specific bio-oxidation rate of refractory gold concentrate by .Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans(At.ferrooxidans).Results showed that:the maximal specific growth rate was achieved at pH range of 1.1~2.0, and a temperature of 41 ℃.The maximal specific bio-oxidation rate was achieved at a pH range of 1.1~1.4, and a temperature of 41~44 ℃.The peptone improved the concentrate bio-oxidation rate from 0.41±0.02 g/(L·d) to 0.92±0.05 g/(L·d), and the cysteine 0.41±0.02 g/(L·d) to 0.57±0.03  g/(L·d).The optimal adding concentrates of them were 10-3 g/mL and 6.4×10-5 mol/L, respectively.The best time for adding them was before the bacteria logarithmic phase.
