赤铁矿柱式短流程反浮选工业试验

摘要: 采用旋流-静态微泡浮选柱对东北某赤铁矿进行了阴离子反浮选工业试验。结果表明:在给矿品位46.91%的情况下,通过一粗二扫的短流程获得了铁精矿品位68.17%,尾矿品位17.71%,回收率84.10%的较好指标,高于同期生产的浮选机系统的生产指标。试验缩短了赤铁矿浮选的流程结构,同时降低了药剂用量。

Abstract: Industrial test of anionic reverse floatation to northeastern a Hematite by using cyclonic-static micro-bubble flotation column was corried out.The result manifest that: under the circumstance of the grade of the row mine is 46.91%, got the grade of the concentrate is 68.17%, the grade of the gangue is 17.71%,and the recovery is 84.10% by the short flow of one rougher and two scavengers ,it is comparative to the  flotation machine system in the same period.The test shortens the structure of floatation process of hematite, and reduces the consumption of reagent.
