基于Dimine的辅助矿柱回采爆破设计优化

摘要: 针对某矿山矿体形态极不规则的二步骤回采矿柱采场,布置多分层探矿横巷,获得两侧矿房回采垮落界线,然后利用Dimine软件建立起矿柱三维实体模型。不仅准确地确定了实际回采边界,同时还可以利用软件中对布孔参数(长度、角度、装药长度等)的交互式修改及编辑功能,直接生成爆破施工图,大大提高了布孔质量及工作效率。实践证明,该方法能很好地解决矿柱回采中爆破边界难以确定的问题,具有很好的推广应用价值。

Abstract: In view of secondary mining of pillar for an extremely irregular mine,the multi-layered prospecting crosscuts were arranged to obtain the bilateral actual caving boundaries besides ore chamber.Then the three dimensional body model of pillar was established by Dimine software.It not only accurately ascertained the actual  boundaries after stopping,but also directly generated the construction drawing of blasting by using the software's functions of edit and the interactive modification of hole arrangement parameters( length,angle and loaded length).As a result,the quality of hole arrangement and work efficiency were highly improved.The practice indicated that the method effectively resolved the difficulties in determining the blasting boundary of pillar mining,and owns an important application value.
