弓长岭选矿厂一选尾矿中铁再回收工艺研究

摘要: 系统研究了弓长岭选矿厂一选车间现场尾矿回收机粗精矿的性质,探讨了磨矿细度、弱磁选场强、电磁精选脉动电流和上升水流流速对分选指标的影响,采用试验确定的1次弱磁预选抛尾、1段磨矿、2次弱磁选别、1次电磁精选、电磁精选尾矿返回流程处理现场粗精矿,可获得铁品位>67%、回收率72%的优质精矿,为弓长岭选矿厂一选车间高效、稳定回收综合尾矿中的强磁性矿物提供了技术方案。

Abstract: The properties of primary concentrate from the recovery machine in No.1 Ore Dressing Workshop of Gongchangling Concentration was studied systematically in this paper.The effects of grinding size and low magnetic field intensity as well as pulsating current and rising water flow rate of electromagnetic sorting machine on the separation index were also investigated.Using the flowsheet including one-stage low magnetic pre-concentration,one-stage grinding,two-stage low magnetic separation,one-stage electromagnetic sorting,tailings of which was returned to grinding to treat the primary concentrate,the high quality concentrate product with grade>67% and recovery 72% was obtained.This study provided a technical solution for No.1 Ore Dressing Workshop Tailings in Gongchangling Concentration to recovery the strongly magnetic mineral more effectively and more steadily.
