掺脱硫扒渣尾渣粉水泥胶凝性能研究

摘要: 鞍钢脱硫扒渣选铁尾矿的矿物组成与硅酸盐水泥相似,用这种尾矿的粉磨料替代部分硅酸盐水泥,分别进行了混合料的标准稠度用水量、凝结时间、安定性和水泥胶砂强度研究。综合分析认为,这种脱硫扒渣的尾渣粉可以部分替代水泥,但对不同龄期胶砂试块的抗压和抗折强度有负面影响,因此,建议将掺加量控制在30%以内。

Abstract: The composition of the desulphurized and skimmed slag tailing from Ansteel is similar to the silicate cement, and the water requirement of normal consistency, soundness, setting time and strength of slag tailings-blended cement were researched respectively by adopting the tailings slag powder stead of silicate cement.The comprehensive analysis indicated that the tailings powder of desuphurization and slag skimming can replace some of the cement.But it has a negative effect on the compressive strength and rupture strength of cement mortar at different days.Therefore, the maximum amount of tailings to be blended is recommended at less than 30%.
