无底柱分段崩落法在露天转地下矿山的应用研究

摘要: 融冠铁锌矿为露天转地下开采矿山,结合其工程地质情况,对无底柱分段崩落法在此矿山的应用进行了研究,针对正在回采的两水平对无底柱分段崩落法的结构参数进行了介绍,并对边孔角度、阶段高度等参数进行优化,降低了大块率和损失贫化率,取得了较好的经济效果。

Abstract: Rongguan Iron-zinc Mine adopts the transition mining method from open pit to underground.Combining with its engineering geological situation,the paper studied the application of pillarless sublevel caving in this mine,and introduced its structural parameters of the two working benches.Then,some of parameters were optimized,such as lateral opening angle and bench height,by which the bulk rate and the ores loss and dilution rate were lowered,with a better economic benefit obtained.
