司家营铁矿一期露天矿矿石工艺矿物学研究

摘要: 系统地研究了司家营铁矿一期露天矿矿石的化学组成、矿物组成、嵌布特征及嵌布粒度。以工艺矿物学研究为基础,综合考虑可选性特征,将采场矿石划分为易解离易选型、易解离难选型、难解离难选型3种类型,并明确了这3种类型矿石在采场的分布。根据研究结果,提出了进一步优化选矿指标的途径。

Abstract: Systematically studied the chemical composition,mineral composition,main mineral dissemination characteristics and dissemination size of ores from Sijiaying Iron Ore Mine first-stage opencast.Based on the analysis of techno-mineralogical properties and washability,the ores in opencast are divided into three types:easy to disintegrate and easy to select,easy to disintegrate and hard to beneficiate,hard to disintegrate and hard to beneficiate.And analyze the mining selectivity of the three types,identify their distribution as well.These investigation results provide ways for optimizing the mineral processing technology,and can be a useful reference for developing this type of iron ores.
