磷块岩矿柱置换安全稳定性研究

摘要: 通过岩梁理论分析及有限元计算,确定樟村坪磷矿人工矿柱置换过程中矿房的合理跨度。对比樟村坪磷矿矿石矿柱和C20混凝土的抗压强度,在覆盖岩层厚为120 m的情况下,根据面积承载力理论计算,C20混凝土人工矿柱尺寸大于5 m×5 m时可以使人工混凝土矿柱的安全系数值达到1.0,说明采用C20混凝土修砌人工矿柱置换原生矿石矿柱是可行的,能满足矿柱回采过程中的安全稳定性,并且能取得很大的经济效益。

Abstract: The rational span size of Zhangcunping mining is determined by the rock beam thoery analysis and the finite element calculation.Through the comparation of the compression strength between ore pillar and the C20 concrete artifical pillar,under the condition of 120m thick of cover rock,the size of C20 concrete artifical pillar greater than 5 m×5 m could make the safety factor of concrete pillar reach the number 1.0,which shows the replace of ore pillar by C20 concrete artifical pillar is feasible and could fulfill with the safety and stability during the recovery work of ore pillar,then can obtain the great economic benefit.
