摘要: 司家营铁矿三期2 000万t/a工程为国内在建的最大的特大型地下矿山,通过采用多级机站通风优化、机站优化及计算机网络解算等综合技术,解决了特大型地下矿山矿井总风量偏小、系统风量分配不合理、通风工程欠缺、机站设置及风机选型不合理等设计方案存在的诸多问题,为司家营铁矿三期工程项目安全顺利实施提供了可靠的安全技术保障。

关键词: 特大型地下矿山, 多级机站, 分区通风, 系统优化

Abstract: 20 million t/a phase Ⅲ project of Sijiaying Iron Mine is the largest underground mine in construction at domestic.Through the integrated techniques of ventilation optimization of multi-stage station,optimization of the station,and computer networks resolving,many problems in ultra-large underground mines are resolved such as small air volume,unreasonable air distribution in the system,lack of ventilation,unreasonable settings of stations and selection of fans.All these provide a reliable technical security for the safe and smooth construction of phase Ⅲ project of Sijiaying Iron Mine.
