攀钢表外钒钛磁铁矿中钛的可选性分析

摘要: 以回收利用攀钢钒钛磁铁矿表外矿中的钛资源为出发点,将表外矿与表内矿的矿石性质进行了对比,并综合分析了表外矿的选钛试验情况。结果表明:表外矿中的钛铁矿矿物含量与表内矿相当,且表外矿的选钛性能较好,无论是实验室试验还是工业试验都可以获得TiO2含量在47%以上的高品质钛精矿,因此这些表外矿具有较高的利用价值。

Abstract: Taking the recovery of titanium from the sub-marginal ore in Panzhihua V-Ti magnetite mine as a goal, the property of the sub-marginal ore and the economical minerals were compared, and the beneficiation experiments about recovering titanium from sub-marginal ore was analyzed. It showed that the titanium iron ore content in sub-marginal ore is similar to that in economical minerals, and further, the beneficiation recovery performance of titanium from sub-marginal ore is good. No matter what the lab tests and the industrial tests are, high grade of titanium concentrate with the TiO2 content of over 47% can be obtained. Therefore, these sub-marginal ores own a high value in use.
