磷酸盐对微细粒赤铁矿和 胶磷矿分散行为的影响

摘要: 通过单矿物沉降试验,研究了六偏磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠和焦磷酸钠对微细粒赤铁矿和胶磷矿分散行为的影响。结果表明:在自然pH的蒸馏水中,3种磷酸盐对赤铁矿的分散性能均比对胶磷矿的分散性能好;分散对象不同,达到良好分散状态所需的各磷酸盐量也不同;提高介质的碱度有助于在一定程度上改善不足量六偏磷酸钠对赤铁矿和胶磷矿以及不足量三聚磷酸钠对胶磷矿的分散效果;3种磷酸盐对赤铁矿分散能力的强弱顺序为三聚磷酸钠和焦磷酸钠>六偏磷酸钠,对胶磷矿分散能力的强弱顺序为焦磷酸钠>三聚磷酸钠>六偏磷酸钠。

Abstract: The influence of sodium hexmetaphasphate, trisodium phosphate and sodium pyrophosphate on the dispersion of ultra-fine hematite and collophanite were studied by the sedimentation experiments. The results indicated that in the natural pH of distilled water, three phosphate on hematite dispersion is better than that on collophanite;For different dispersion targets, different phosphate content is required to achieve a good dispersion performance. To increase the alkalinity of the media can improve the effect of insufficient sodium hexametaphosphate on the dispersion of hematite and collophanite and insufficient trisodium phosphate on the dispersion of collophanite. The dispersion order of three phosphate-dispersants for hematite is as follows:trisodium phosphate and sodium pyrophosphate>sodium hexametaphosphate;the dispersion order for collophanite is as follows:sodium pyrophosphate>trisodium phosphate>sodium hexametaphosphate.
