聚丙烯酸钠对铝土矿粉磨效率的影响及其作用机理

Effect of PAAS on the Grinding Efficiency of Bauxite and Its Mechanisms

摘要: 研究了聚丙烯酸钠对铝土矿磨矿效率的影响,并分析了其作用机理。结果表明:在最优试验条件下,添加相当于铝土矿质量分数0.7%的聚丙烯酸钠与不添加相比,可使磨矿产品中-0.074 mm的含量提高5.45个百分点;聚丙烯酸钠在铝土矿表面产生的物理吸附和化学吸附,具有降低磨矿矿浆的黏度、改变铝土矿表面的电位、改善颗粒的形貌、降低铝土矿表面的硬度等作用,因而聚丙烯酸钠能提高铝土矿的磨矿效率。

Abstract: The effect of sodium polyacrylate(PAAS)on the grinding efficiency of bauxite was studied and its mechanisms were also analyzed.The results showed that,compared with no grinding aids added,the content of -0.074 mm in the ground product was increased by 5.45 percentage points under the optimal grinding conditions adding PAAS as grinding aid when the amount of PAAS was 0.7%wt of bauxite.Because the physical adsorption and chemical adsorption were occurred on the bauxite surface,which could reduce the pulp viscosity,change the surface electric potential of the bauxite,enhance the surface appearance of particles and lower the surface hardness of the bauxite,the grinding efficiency of bauxite was increased by PAAS.
